Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Set up of Oracle Cloud HCM Security. Minimum Years Experience: 5 years 5 Key Skills Required: - Has excellent knowledge and implementation experience of HCM Application Security, including the design and configuration of roles, security profiles and role provisioning rules. - Has excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least one of: Core HR, Profile Management (Talent Profile, Performance & Goals Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME, Oracle Grow, Dynamic Skills, Recruiting Cloud, Cloud Learning, HR Helpdesk/Case Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor. - Has experience in Approvals and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer and Flex Fields) functionality and configuration - Has strong client facing / consultancy experience. - Has proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Has knowledge and implementation experience of the following: Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio Express/Advanced, Autocomplete, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Guided Learning, Alerts Composer, Reporting/BI tools (OTBI / BI Publisher), Fast Formula. - Has experience working in an environment alongside other Oracle Cloud products such as: Service Cloud (CX), ERP (Finance & Procurement), Planning & Budgeting (EPM). - Has experience of Oracle E-Business Suite . - Has experience of supporting pre-sales activities, including responding to ITT/RFPs. - Excellent communication skills.

Engagement Type: Global Implementation Description: Spanish speaking OTM Consultant required to for new Implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - OTM Implementation: Lead and manage the end-to-end OTM implementation process, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. - Technical Expertise: Develop custom solutions and integrations in OTM using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle tools, and technologies. Implement automation for transportation processes and workflows. - Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, and Financials, aligning with business requirements. - System Configuration: Configure OTM to meet client requirements, including agents, workflows, and user roles. - Integration: Work on integrating OTM with other enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, and 3rd party logistics systems. - Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, and resolve any technical or functional issues. - Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and communicate the progress and status of the project. Provide post-go-live support and enhancements. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers to deliver OTM solutions. Areas of Responsibility: - OTM Functional Experience: Proficiency in modules like Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Freight Settlement. - Technical Skills: Experience in PL/SQL, OTM API integrations, XML/XSL, BIP Reports, and OTM data model. - Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing agents, automation workflows, and Oracle BPEL integrations. - Client Interaction: Strong experience in client-facing roles, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions. - Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues in OTM environments.
