Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM in one or more modules; with an emphasis on Benefits. - Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud with one or more modules; with an emphasis on Benefits - Team Management. - Requirement gathering. - Multi country roll out expertise. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Strong stakeholder management. - Strong requirement gathering. - Create and manage suitable documentation for integration. - Participation in a Health check on current system set-up, review, discuss, document findings and recommendations, prioritize findings and support issue resolution. - Assist with Open Enrolment preparation planning, configuration, testing, resolution of suspended enrolment, running Open for benefit eligible employees and resolving issues.
