A SCRUM/Agile approach is practiced in the products - the focus is on both the operation of current solutions and implementation of new tools and solutions. Minimum Years Experience: 4 5 Key Skills Required: Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM module, the standard functionality, and the extension possibilities is necessary. Experience with working in a Fiori context. Knowledge of SAP Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) are a plus. Knowledge of complex systems integration within the SAP modules and technologies with SAP S/4HANA, HCM, SuccessFactors are a plus. Knowledge of cloud technologies (SAP public and/or private Cloud) is a plus. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Together with colleagues in the Product Team, the service is constantly working on improving business processes and applications linked to HR by analysing, describing and defining business requirements as well as their modelling, Definition and validation of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria according to the requirements, Preparation of the test scenarios and support of the test and acceptance processes, Ensuring 2nd level support of applications provided by the HR+ product Identifying and analysing bugs in the system and proposing solutions for correction

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Strong communication. - Strong OTL experience. - HCM design, implementation, testing and support experience. - Integration experience. - Multi country rolls out expertise. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Strong stakeholder management. - Strong requirement gathering. - Create and manage suitable documentation for integration. - Communicate effectively with the technical teams. - Manage each stream of work as directed.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: My client is looking to engage with an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager to design and deliver test strategy. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Previously delivered test strategy for Oracle Cloud implementation. - ISTQB certified. - Experience of working on full Oracle Cloud suite. - Previously worked on local government project. - Educated to degree level. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Implement the Test Strategy and approach already agreed by client. - Responsible for managing all project stakeholders and coordinating day-to-day delivery related to testing including integrations and reporting. - Responsible for and managing the testing activities. - Responsible for coordinating the development of user acceptance test cases and business scenarios for all areas together with client. - Responsibility for managing all issues relating to the testing activities.
