Ensures data migration aligns with cutover activities and that validation occurs before and after go-live. Support business through project lifecycle phases.  Manage end user expectations.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Core HR to join our delivery team for a full-time contract engagement. This role will serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Benefits) implementation projects, providing subject matter expertise, advisory services, and hands-on configuration support. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel to Northern California during the most critical phases of the project. Only US Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Minimum Years Experience: 4–8 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Proven track record delivering at least 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, with a minimum of 3 focused solely on Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, gap analysis, and solution design for Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL, plus a strong understanding of module integrations across the Oracle Cloud suite. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with prior experience leading project teams in a client-facing consulting role. Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR, and/or other HCM Cloud modules preferred. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead functional design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Configure Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits modules, including testing, validation, and deployment activities. Provide best practice guidance to transform HR processes, ensuring alignment with client business goals. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting deliverables. Maintain awareness of Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry trends to deliver optimized solutions.
