Perform hands-on setup and configuration based on approved solution design. Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases. Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Oracle Cloud Programme Director to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing end-to-end Oracle Cloud programmes across multiple business functions, managing delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, proven leadership in complex multinational environments, and the ability to drive successful programme delivery from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support. Minimum Years Experience: 15+ years in programme management, with at least 5 years leading Oracle Cloud implementations 5 Key Skills Required: Proven track record of delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM programmes Fluent in both French and English, with experience managing bilingual project teams Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at C-suite level Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, governance, and implementation methodologies Excellent leadership, risk management, and vendor coordination capabilities 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead and govern the end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformation programme, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Act as the main point of contact between business leadership, technical teams, and Oracle partners Define and manage programme strategy, scope, and roadmap, aligning with business goals Oversee delivery teams, ensuring quality assurance and effective risk and issue management Provide executive-level reporting and programme insights to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Engagement Type: Consulting Description: The OCI Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and governing cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in support of Oracle SaaS ERP, PaaS extensions and broader enterprise cloud workloads. The role ensures cloud solutions are secure, high performing, scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture principles and Oracle best practices. Minimum Years Experience: 10 5 Key Skills Required: 8–12 years of IT infrastructure or cloud experience, with at least 3+ years on OCI. Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS integration patterns, PaaS deployment architecture, and cloud-native services. Expertise in OCI networking, compute, storage, identity, and monitoring services. Familiarity with cloud cost management, multi-region DR planning, and automated provisioning pipelines. Strong knowledge of Terraform, OCI CLI, scripting, and DevOps tooling. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Define cloud architecture blueprints for infrastructure supporting Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and third-party integrations. Guide implementation teams on OCI service provisioning. Compute, Block/Object Storage, ADW, OIC, Functions, API Gateway, etc. Support SaaS-PaaS integration patterns including connectivity to Oracle SaaS ERP through OIC, REST APIs, and VCN peering. Implement OCI security best practices, including encryption, IAM controls, logging, and vulnerability scanning. Support governance reviews, tagging policies, and chargeback frameworks.
