Engagement Type: Greenfield Oracle P2P implementation. Description:Oracle r12 Supply Chain consultant required to join existing team implementing; GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, PA, HR, OTL & Payroll. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - In-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle Business Suite R12 within the following modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Punchout, XML transactions, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts. - Experience of configuring and extending Oracle purchasing and iProcurement. - Able to document and perform application configuration. - Able to analyse complex situations and quickly identify the key challenges, opportunities and/or levers for change. - Translate complex business requirements into appropriate solutions and drive this to completion. Lead design workshops, documenting the future state business processes. - Identify potential risks and assist in the development of resolution/preventative action. Areas of Responsibility: - Previous consulting experience, with appropriate client-facing manner. - Must be organized and able to work on initiative. - Strong communicator at all levels of business and project team. - Previous experience on a global project.

Engagement Type: Client Facing Description: Strong demand has given rise to an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Solution Lead to join our rapidly expanding team, with proven pre-sales experience in Oracle Supply Chain, ERP & ideally Manufacturing solutions. This person will help us understand and translate client requirements, and lead the creation of a compelling solutioning response which will form a key part of our sales process & provide a smooth transition into design. We've got some great individuals here to learn from, and to grow with, and we will look to provide the stage, & the support, for you to shine. Minimum Years Experience: 12 Years Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills. - 12 plus years of design and development of Oracle enabled supply chain solutions, including experience of the pre-sales role. - Business process expertise coupled with architectural skills. Particular experience in retail, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries will be advantageous. - Demonstrable expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and ERP Cloud including Oracle certification. - Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain, finance and customer experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Showcase and differentiated value proposition to the customer and support the closure of sales process. - Demonstrating an empathy to the business and industry challenges, trends & opportunities, and ability to apply these to Oracle's Supply Chain, Manufacturing & ERP capabilities. - Taking a pragmatic approach to creating a bespoke solution and roadmap for clients that draws upon experience & accelerators. - Become a well-respected industry expert through speaking & writing at events and on social channels. - Lead customer prospect interactions of the requirement and as per need of the time lead proposal presentations to the customer.
