Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Career project manager with relevant industry experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM/ ERP. - Resource planning, recruitment and stream management experience. - Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and ‘expectation setting’ experience. - Third-party vendor selection and subsequent management experience along with proven ability to maintain project deadlines. - Experience with building and managing integrations. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Owning the relationship with the Systems Integrator, Oracle and any other third-party vendors. - Budget ownership. - Regular reporting into steering committee. - Responsibility of internal project streams/activities such as UAT, data migration and training. - Responsible for running the building the integration team.
Engagement Type: To join an existing global Oracle r12 implementation focusing on the Supply Chain & Operations streams. Description: Experienced Oracle Supply Chain functional consultant with strong Oracle WMS skills. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Been part of at least two project life cycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go-live support. - Taken part in a detailed business process analysis project (‘As Is’ definition) and provided recommendations for the future process. - Comprehensive business and process knowledge. - Deep knowledge of at least one module of Oracle (e.g. iProcurement, Purchasing, AME, Inventory, Order management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), procurement contracts, Oracle sourcing. - Ability to demonstrate an understanding of complex transactions and related configuration options within the above module. - Experience in the integration with other Oracle modules and their application to a client business requirement. Areas of Responsibility: - Defining and articulating client requirements, working with clients to help them understand where improvements could be made within a given business process. - Proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement. - Working with a team to implement the agreed solutions. - Development of Supply Chain process training material and delivery of training.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle HCM Helpdesk Consultant Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Has excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud. - You should have excellent knowledge and Implementation experience of Oracle Cloud, Core HR & HR Helpdesk, ideally Redwood with experience of Case Management. - Has experience in Applications Security, Approvals, and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer and Flex Fields) functionality and configuration. - Has proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients. - Has strong client facing or consultancy experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Project planning and leadership, acting as stream lead of a team of consultants to develop and manage the delivery plan. - Lead and drive contribution to the methodology and Business Operating Model for your area, participating in the development and maintenance of all documentation, templates, and tooling. - Interact and influence client project team stakeholders and assist them in taking key decisions for Oracle implementation programs. - Share your knowledge, experience, and best practices within the team and your extended network and contributing to or leading Professional Learning Communities relevant to your area of expertise. - During projects, identify and encourage the identification of opportunities to provide additional services and products that could be beneficial to the client.
