Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud Implementation Experience. - Mergers and Acquisition Experience. - EDI Experience. - Strong Oracle Finance and HCM experience. Areas of Responsibility: - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. - Construct work flow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications - Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. - Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports. - Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
