Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to deliver full end to end HCM suite implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (system configuration). - Familiar with CoreHR, Talent Management, or Compensation. - HCM Self-Service, approvals and workflows. - Experience with Personalisations and work Structures. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Work with the wider team to implement within existing Oracle HCM Cloud solution. - Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration. - Implement CoreHR, Talent Management or Compensation. - Working closely with functional and technical teams. - Data Migration activities.
Engagement Type: Upgrade Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant required. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud HCM implementation / upgrade experience. - Set up and configuration of Oracle HCM. - OTL and Absence implementation experience. - Good communication. Areas of Responsibility: - Assist with Oracle Cloud HCM upgrade/ implementation. - Set and configuration of Oracle HCM. - Oversee Testing; UAT and SIT. - BAU activities.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: French/Dutch Speaking Oracle Cloud Project Manager with at least one end to end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Project Management experience with strong HCM knowledge. - A strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle for cloud based ERP Programmes (Oracle preferred). - Work closely with 3rd party Systems Integrators. - Experience of working on large complex programmes. - Good communications and stakeholder management experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Set project scope, priorities, milestones and deliverable schedules. - Lead cross functional project teams via project methodology optimized for required deliverables. - Lead prioritisation of competing requirements and projects with business and IT stakeholders. - Communicate with business partners as conduit to IT. - Understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions.
