Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel to Northern California during the most critical phases of the project. Minimum Years Experience: 4–8 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Proven track record delivering at least 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, with a minimum of 3 focused solely on Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, gap analysis, and solution design for Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL, plus a strong understanding of module integrations across the Oracle Cloud suite. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with prior experience leading project teams in a client-facing consulting role. Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR, and/or other HCM Cloud modules preferred. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead functional design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Configure Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits modules, including testing, validation, and deployment activities. Provide best practice guidance to transform HR processes, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
