Engagement Type: To join an existing global Oracle r12 implementation focusing on the Supply Chain & Operations streams. Description: Experienced Oracle Supply Chain functional consultant. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Been part of at least two project lifecycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go-live support. - Taken part in a detailed business process analysis project (‘As Is’ definition) and provided recommendations for the future process. - Comprehensive business and process knowledge. - Deep knowledge of at least one module of Oracle (e.g. iProcurement, Purchasing, AME, Inventory, Order management, - Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), procurement contracts, Oracle sourcing. - Ability to demonstrate an understanding of complex transactions and related configuration options within the above module. - Experience in the integration with other Oracle modules and their application to a client business requirement. Areas of Responsibility: - Defining and articulating client requirements, working with clients to help them understand where improvements could be made within a given business process. - Proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement. - Working with a team to implement the agreed solutions. - Development of Supply Chain process training material and delivery of training.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Dutch Speaking Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to support CoreHR, Talent Management and Compensation implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (system configuration). - Familiar with CoreHR, Talent Management, or Compensation. - HCM Self Service, approvals and workflows. - Experience with Personalisations and work Structures. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Work with the wider team to implement within existing Oracle HCM Cloud solution. - Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration. - Implement CoreHR, Talent Management or Compensation. - Working closely with functional and technical teams. - Data Migration activities.
Engagement Type: Oracle E-business financials implementation. Description: Oracle r12 Financials Functional consultant required to join a team and do some support and enhancement work. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - In depth experience of Oracle r12 in particular covering Financials; Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL). - Localisation experience in multiply European countries as well as experience in shared service environments. - Ability to translate end user requirements into specifications for IT. - Experience of implementing and managing projects and facilitating acceptance. - Exposure to best practice Oracle usage in similar multi-org finance shared service environments. Areas of Responsibility: - Embed ownership for Oracle Financials applications within all areas and regions of the business. - Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle. - Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones. - Work with the internal change team to develop a formal Oracle training program. - Manage external resources to deliver projects as required.
