The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and go-live. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams. Minimum Years Experience:5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation. Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions. Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules. Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues. The role involves leading data migration activities, managing CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations) development, and ensuring data integrity across all phases of the project. You’ll work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver robust and compliant solutions. Minimum Years Experience: 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including at least 5 years in data migration and CEMLI development. 5 Key Skills Required: Strong experience with Oracle R12 data migration, conversion strategy, and execution. In-depth understanding of CEMLI framework and customization standards. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, APIs, and interface development. Familiarity with functional modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Projects. Ability to manage complex data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Define and execute data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Design, develop, and document CEMLI components in line with Oracle standards. Collaborate with functional leads to ensure accurate mapping and validation of migrated data.
