Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead required to join a new 3-5 year Oracle Cloud transformation programme. Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Successful track record operating as an Oracle Cloud HCM Workstream Lead. - Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise. - Multiple full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Suite - Experience with designing and implementing Oracle’s Cloud Payroll solution. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Work closely with business stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM , to understand their requirements and design solutions. - Work with the Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value, within the context of the HCM domain. - Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation - Presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM . - Challenge clients current ways of working and to adopt Oracle best practice.
Engagement Type: PeopleSoft Upgrade BA Description: BA to facilitate PeopleSoft Upgrade. Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Review Oracle documentation related to PeopleTools 8.61 in order to identify new features and their impact for the applications: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Hub. - Document the business impact by highlighting the new features and their impact for the users of the EIB applications: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Hub (HR administrators, system administrators, managers and employees). - Liaise with EIB business analysts and IT representatives for control activities related to mini[1]mising any impact of monthly application releases and/or other concurrent projects on the HCM PeopleTools upgrade 8.61 project. - Produce a communication plan and support the related communication for the user community regarding the project. - Write the test plan and test cases. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Application functionality PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Hub. - PeopleSoft Application designer, SQL tools. - Business Analysis. - Writing Test-Reports and testing methodologies.
