Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Successful track record operating as an Oracle Cloud HCM Workstream Lead. - Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise. - Multiple full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Suite - Experience with designing and implementing Oracle’s Cloud Payroll solution. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Work closely with business stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM , to understand their requirements and design solutions. - Work with the Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value, within the context of the HCM domain. - Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation - Presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM . - Challenge clients current ways of working and to adopt Oracle best practice.

Engagement Type: Support and Enhancements. Description: I am working with a London based end client who is in the market for a strong Oracle OCI Consultant to help with Application and Technical support. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Strong, hands-on knowledge in (at least one or more) Oracle Applications; EBS, EPM, OBIEE, SOA, IDCS, EDW. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Proven knowledge of ITSM tools, Integrations, Project Management Tools. - Advanced knowledge in multiplatform environments and data flows. - Proven ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy). 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Service Lifecycle Management. - Technical writing documentation/SOP development knowledge. - Manage complex troubleshooting for Applications including Root Cause Analysis & Remediation. - Work closely with development groups, support groups, and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems as appropriate to meet assigned deadlines. - Understanding of operating procedures and when they should be created/changed/updated.

Description:European manufacturing organisation are looking to engage an Oracle Project manager to manage their internal activity and third-party vendors. Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years Key Skills Required: - Career project manager with relevant industry experience (manufacturing) implementing Oracle E-Business Suite r12 finance, supply chain and manufacturing modules. - Resource planning, recruitment and stream management experience. - Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and ‘expectation setting’ experience. - Third-party vendor selection and subsequent management experience along with proven ability to maintain project deadlines. - European travel requirement. Areas of Responsibility: - Owning the relationship with the Systems Integrator, Oracle and any other third-party vendors. - Budget ownership. - Regular reporting into steering committee. - Responsibility of internal project streams/activities such as UAT, data migration and training.
