Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Cloud Data Migration consultant. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience of data migration of Payroll from Oracle eBS to Cloud. - Excellent communication skills. - Team Player. - Ability to lead and provide technical expertise and knowledge to shape the detailed data migration approach. - Stakeholder Management. 5 Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate the data migration process, in conjunction with the Functional Managers, in order to provide a repeatable, accurate, auditable process for the data migration. - Work with Data Owners to identify items requiring data cleanse and provide advice and expertise as to the methodology to be applied appropriate to the cleansing requirement. - Mapping the data migration, at a field-by-field level understanding current processes and data and the 'to be' system requirements, in order to ensure that everyone involved is clear on the constraints and demands. - Work with the Functional, Technical and SI teams on the programme n order to deliver a successful data migration that will allow operational services to continue and provide the data platform for the programme to succeed. - Monitoring and reporting on data quality, including the production of regular management reports.

Engagement Type: To join an existing global Oracle r12 implementation focusing on the Supply Chain & Operations streams Description: Experienced Oracle Supply Chain functional consultant. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Been part of at least two project lifecycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go-live support. - Taken part in a detailed business process analysis project ('As Is' definition) and provided recommendations for the future process. - Comprehensive business and process knowledge. - Deep knowledge of at least one module of Oracle (e.g. iProcurement, Purchasing, AME, Inventory, Order management, - Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), procurement contracts, Oracle sourcing. - Ability to demonstrate an understanding of complex transactions and related configuration options within the above module. - Experience in the integration with other Oracle modules and their application to a client business requirement. Areas of Responsibility: - Defining and articulating client requirements, working with clients to help them understand where improvements could be made within a given business process. - Proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement. - Working with a team to implement the agreed solutions. - Development of Supply Chain process training material and delivery of training.

Engagement Type: Global r12 Project Accounting (PA) implementation. Description:Experienced Oracle Functional Oracle Project Accounting (PA) consultant required to lead key areas of global implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Functional/technical expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in project costing and project billing. - Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 +), including full lifecycle implementation experience, configuration, conversions, extensions, and unit testing. - Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional spec. - Implementation experience around extensions for project accounting. Areas of Responsibility: - Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations. - Ability to work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to the business. - Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems. - Documentation and configuration of the Supply Chain and Project Accounting modules. - Strong knowledge of key application functionality. - Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules. - Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies. - Solid understanding of integration of all modules.
