Engagement Type: Consulting Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant at Manger level to play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and go-live. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams. Minimum Years Experience:5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation. Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions. Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules. Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues. Clear communication skills and ability to liaise between business users and technical teams. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand and document business needs. Perform hands-on setup and configuration based on approved solution design. Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases. Offer hypercare and knowledge transfer to client users after deployment. Work with architects, technical teams, and other consultants to ensure solution consistency and completeness.

Engagement Type: Architecture Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across enterprise clients. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence, and Payroll. You will work closely with stakeholders to define solution strategies, translate business requirements into system design, and ensure successful delivery aligned with best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years 5 Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of multiple modules including Core HR, Talent, Learning, and Payroll. Proven ability to design end-to-end HCM cloud solutions across complex environments. Strong skills in gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing expectations. Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and working in multi-vendor project environments. Experience of leading project teams through full lifecycle programs.  5 Areas of Responsibility: Drive the end-to-end design of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in line with client requirements and Oracle best practices. Support and guide consultants, developers, and client teams across the implementation lifecycle. Identify delivery risks and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and ensure alignment on solution scope. Establish design governance frameworks and maintain solution integrity across modules and phases.

Engagement Type: To join an existing global Oracle r12 implementation focusing on the Supply Chain & Operations streams. Description: Experienced Oracle Supply Chain functional consultant. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: Been part of at least two project lifecycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go-live support. Taken part in a detailed business process analysis project ('As Is' definition) and provided recommendations for the future process. Comprehensive business and process knowledge. Deep knowledge of at least one module of Oracle (e.g. iProcurement, Purchasing, AME, Inventory, Order management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), procurement contracts, Oracle sourcing. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of complex transactions and related configuration options within the above module. Experience in the integration with other Oracle modules and their application to a client business requirement. Areas of Responsibility: Defining and articulating client requirements, working with clients to help them understand where improvements could be made within a given business process. Proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement. Working with a team to implement the agreed solutions. Development of Supply Chain process training material and delivery of training.
