Engagement Type: Global Oracle Cloud HCM ‘greenfield’ implementation.

Description:Oracle Cloud HCM consultant required to join this project representing the European side of the programme.

Minimum Years Experience: 7 Years

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience with a minimum of three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.
  • Implementation background of other ERP HCM applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.).
  • Strong change and transformation experience from both a user and business process perspective.
  • Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (Smartview, OTBI etc.).
  • Hierarchy and security requirements identification.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Key representative for HR systems to wider global implementation team.
  • Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
  • Work with HR teams Work to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
  • Manage external resources to deliver projects as required.

Description: Oracle HCM Project Manager required to manage HCM deployment. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Keys Skills Required: - In depth Oracle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud Project deployment. - Experience with managing at least 3 ERP implementation projects (Oracle, SAP) is a prerequisite. - Proven experience with integrations/interfaces (functionally and technically) between ERP system and other internal systems and third party systems. - Possible impact on legacy systems, processes, organization, operations, incl change mgmt. - Typically delivered within 1 project potentially in phases within a max 2 year timeframe in scope, roadmap, priorities & timing are possible but not frequent. Areas of Responsibility: - Translate a scope into deliverables, solution and planning. - Managing Project Delivery, steer cross functional teams towards deliverables. - Manage dependencies within the Project and with other initiatives. - Risk Management. - Lead the project team to define different scenarios and solutions, taking into account multiple constraints and opinions/visions. - Stakeholder management (including change & conflict management, expectation mgmt. & alignment up to LT level).
