Description:UK-based organisation currently using Oracle r12 Finance and Procurement is about to start an Oracle Cloud ERP (financials) implementation with the aim of migrating all finance and procurement operations to the cloud within 12 months.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Looking for an experienced Financials Solution Architect/Lead to coordinate implementation across ERP/SCM products for a Federal customer. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience. - CPA and accounting background preferred. - Leads the solution design and implementation of the ERP portion of the project. - Liaise with business leaders. - Create and provide reconciliation reports and outputs. Areas of Responsibility: - Ownership of Financials and SCM modules for a Federal client. - Providing full documentation. - Leads experienced and junior team members on the project. - Design workshops facilitation and participation. - Drives client process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership on solutions.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Strong Oracle Financials Functional Consultant required for new ERP Implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience with an Oracle Cloud (ERP) implementations with at least one project being a migration from Oracle r12. - Strong change and transformation experience from both a user and business process perspective. - Business process re-engineering experience of key finance processes to match vanilla processes in Oracle Cloud. - Heavy focus on data migration, reconciliation, cleanse, and purge. - Identification of third-party application and integration to the Oracle Cloud. Areas of Responsibility: - Embed ownership of finance processes within all areas and regions of the business. - Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle. - Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones. - Manage external resources to deliver projects as required.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: My client is looking to engage with a strong Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to take ownership of their Cloud Financials Transformation. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience of delivering at least one Oracle Cloud implementation. - Full project life-cycle experience. - Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Finance suite. - Stakeholder management. - Requirement gathering. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Leading the design and delivery of the Finance Suite. - Manage a work streams including on and offshore resources. - Work closely with other area leads. - Work closely with technical work streams to provide design of interfaces, reports etc. - Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders.
