Description:Oracle r12 Supply Chain consultant required to join an Order to Cash (O2C) implementation for an international manufacturing company which is an existing user of Oracle r12 Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Financials. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years Key Skills Required: - Solid knowledge on Order to Cash process model and best practices. - Detailed and solid knowledge of the following - Oracle r12 functional areas is required: Order Management, Shipping Execution, Receivables, Inventory. - Oracle middleware experience (processing of EDI orders/invoices). - Understand and apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in full lifecycle development processes and methodologies on multiple projects. Areas of Responsibility: - Hands-on experience of implementation and operation of Oracle EBS for a global company. - Client/consulting/implementation/presentation/communication skills/experience. - Must have a very strong quality focus with a great attention to detail around documentation, project process and validation plans. Experience of working in a regulated environment would be particularly beneficial. - Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to make pragmatic and practical decisions, without compromising the integrity of the IT system (data and compliance).

Description: Our Consulting client are looking to engage an Oracle Project manager to manage their client implementation. Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years Key Skills Required: - Career project manager with relevant industry experience (manufacturing) implementing Oracle Cloud finance, supply chain and manufacturing modules. - Resource planning, recruitment and stream management experience. - Strong senior stakeholder management, communication and ‘expectation setting’ experience. - Third-party vendor selection and subsequent management experience along with proven ability to maintain project deadlines. Areas of Responsibility: - Owning the relationship with the client. - Budget ownership. - Regular reporting into steering committee. - Responsibility of internal project streams/activities such as UAT, data migration and training.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant, with expertise in UK Payroll, pensions and legislation. You will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base. Previous payroll implementation experience is required, preferably across a number of clients in both Public and Private sectors. As a Senior Payroll Consultant you will be empowered to work with colleagues in partnership with our customers throughout their project lifecycle, to transform their business and deliver quality business outcomes. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll for the UK. - Experience of Pensions, UK Legislation, RTI, auto-enrolment etc. - Experience in Absence, OTL and of workers with multiple assignments. - Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, calculation cards and approvals. - Able to lead the customer through the Payroll implementation, guiding the other team members. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Guiding and mentoring team members, providing expertise and support. - Conducting pre-sales activities, including demos and expert consultations. - Collaborating with clients and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, building strong and lasting relationships. - Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
