As the Change Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules within our organisation. This includes overseeing the organisational change management strategies and driving the successful implementation and user adoption of the new systems and business processes. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven experience in change management, particularly within the context of adopting Oracle Cloud solutions. - Strong understanding of organisational change management methodologies and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate proactive management and problem solving. - Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules. - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. - Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process. - Engage with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. - Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups to ensure smooth transition and effective use of Oracle Cloud modules.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Cloud Project Manager required to join large Oracle Cloud Implementation project. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - 1+ successful Oracle Cloud Implementation. - Strong communication. - Team management. - Stakeholder management. - Strong design and delivery experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Solution validation. - End to end delivery. - Testing. - Support work streams. - Go live support.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Looking for an experienced Financials Consultant to help implement AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience. - CPA and accounting background preferred. - Leads the solution design and implementation of the ERP portion of the project. - Liaise with business leaders. - Create and provide reconciliation reports and outputs. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Ownership of Financials modules for client including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. - Providing full documentation. - Leads experienced and junior team members on the project. - Design workshops facilitation and participation. - Drives client process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership on solutions.
