Engagement Type: Consulting Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant at Manger level to play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and go-live. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams. Minimum Years Experience:5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation. Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions. Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules. Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues. Clear communication skills and ability to liaise between business users and technical teams. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand and document business needs. Perform hands-on setup and configuration based on approved solution design. Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases. Offer hypercare and knowledge transfer to client users after deployment. Work with architects, technical teams, and other consultants to ensure solution consistency and completeness.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We’re looking for an experienced Oracle R12 Data Migration and CEMLI Consultant to support a large-scale ERP implementation. The role involves leading data migration activities, managing CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations) development, and ensuring data integrity across all phases of the project. You’ll work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver robust and compliant solutions. Minimum Years Experience: 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including at least 5 years in data migration and CEMLI development. 5 Key Skills Required: Strong experience with Oracle R12 data migration, conversion strategy, and execution. In-depth understanding of CEMLI framework and customization standards. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, APIs, and interface development. Familiarity with functional modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Projects. Ability to manage complex data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Define and execute data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Design, develop, and document CEMLI components in line with Oracle standards. Collaborate with functional leads to ensure accurate mapping and validation of migrated data. Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and resolve data-related or interface issues. Provide post-go-live support, data reconciliation, and technical knowledge transfer.
Engagement Type: PeopleSoft Security Analyst Description: Setting up of PeopleSoft Security Minimum Years Experience: 5 5 Key Skills Required: 1. Review the as-is situation in Peoplesoft HMC and Financials. Client uses custom and standard roles, permission lists and user profiles. In Financials, route control is used to grant access to specific divisions or business units. In HCM there are several custom tables that grant access to specific groups of users to specific business areas. 2. Understand the current process for user provisioning 3. Identify any risks with the current access of users in terms of compliance with the organization’s delegation of authority framework, role-based access control and segregation of duties. 4. Document an updated PeopleSoft Security Model aligned with the principle of least privilege, compliance with the organization’s delegation of authority framework, role-based access control and segregation of duties. 5. Support implementation of any new recommended controls 5 Areas of Responsibility: 1. At least 3 year’s experience of working with PeopleSoft Financials/HCM, in at least version 9.X. 2. Extensive demonstrable knowledge of security components in Peoplesoft, including delivered roles and permission lists as well as working with custom security configuration. 3. Demonstrable ability to write custom queries to understand clients Peoplesoft security setup. 4. Demonstrated experience with access management, RBAC design, and SoD analysis. 5. Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, SOX, NIST, GDPR).
