Senior Project Manager

Description: Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager to oversee an Oracle Cloud implementation

Minimum Years Experience: 10

5 Key Skills Required:

• Extensive Oracle Fusion ERP Experience: Proven track record delivering multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain domains.

• Senior Project Management Expertise: 10+ years managing complex ERP or cloud ERP implementations, with strong leadership and execution capabilities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the project.

• Governance & Documentation Proficiency: Skilled in maintaining RAID logs, managing governance forums, and ensuring decision and documentation hygiene.

• Vendor Management: Experienced in managing system integrators (SI) and third-party vendors to ensure aligned project delivery.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Project Leadership & Oversight: Lead the full lifecycle of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation with hands-on execution and strategic oversight.

• Governance Management: Ensure strong project governance, including managing change boards, steering committees, and governance documentation.

• Scope, Schedule & Budget Control: Monitor and manage project deliverables, timeline, and financials to ensure successful outcomes.

• Team Coordination: Oversee and support a small internal project team, while working alongside a dedicated project officer.

• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project updates, escalate risks and decisions as needed, and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.
