Senior Oracle Cloud HCM/Talent Consultant

Description: Act as a Senior Oracle Cloud Core HR and Talent Management Consultant specialising in leading the delivery of projects in relation your specific workstream. 

Minimum Years Experience: 10

5 Key Skills Required:

• Has excellent knowledge and Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in core HR and Talent modules. 
• Experience of at least two of: Profile Management, Performance & Goal Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME applications, Recruiting Cloud, Cloud Learning, HR Helpdesk/Case Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Has experience in Applications Security, Approvals and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio.
• Has proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise Clients.
• Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance at SC Level.
