Oracle Talent Consultant

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Talent Consultant, specialising in Dynamic Skills to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing configuration of Oracle Talent Management Cloud solutions. This role requires deep understanding of Oracle’s Dynamic Skills module, employee skills profiling, and organisational capability frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with workforce transformation initiatives.

Minimum Years Experience: 5

5 Key Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud – especially Oracle Dynamic Skills module

  • Experience with skills taxonomy, ontology mapping, and competency frameworks

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and workforce planning

  • Configuration and functional design expertise within Oracle Talent Management Cloud

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Dynamic Skills across client environments

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to define, develop, and maintain skills libraries and taxonomies

  • Conduct gap analysis between current capabilities and desired skill frameworks to support strategic talent planning

  • Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for Oracle Talent Management modules
