Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, Solution Architecture & Supply Chain

Description: Our client is a global leader in digital transformation services seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and solution architect, guiding clients through Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and more.

Minimum Years Experience: 15

5 Key Skills Required:

• Oracle Cloud ERP SCM Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with core supply chain modules including Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
• Solution Architecture – Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Consulting Leadership – 15+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, including a focus on supply chain transformation projects. 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation programs in a leadership role.
• Business Communication – Skilled at engaging with C-level executives, facilitating workshops, and articulating architectural decisions.
• Certifications Preferred – Oracle Cloud SCM certifications and/or APICS CPIM or CSCP credentials are a strong advantage.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead End-to-End ERP Implementations: Drive the architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions tailored to enterprise supply chain transformation needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and IT leaders to gather requirements, lead functional workshops, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Digital Roadmap Creation: Develop digital supply chain strategies and prioritize initiatives that modernize and automate key operational workflows.
• Project Oversight: Use best practices and proven methodologies (Oracle OUM) to manage project lifecycles, including testing, deployment, and defect resolution.
• Pre-Sales & Thought Leadership: Support RFPs, proposal development, and help shape client strategy through your domain and product expertise.
