Oracle Cloud Risk Management Consultant

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Risk Management Consultant to support the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP security and compliance solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, specifically in Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC), and HCM Security. The consultant will work directly with client teams to design, configure, and deploy risk management solutions that strengthen compliance, enforce security policies, and mitigate risk across Oracle Cloud ERP. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States or Canada but must be either a U.S. or Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Minimum Years Experience: 8+ Years Oracle ERP Implementations; 5+ Years Oracle Risk Management Cloud or ERP Security

5 Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Risk Management modules, including AAC, AFC, FRC, and HCM Security.

• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP security design principles, segregation of duties, and internal controls.

• Experience leading workshops and collaborating with client teams to define security, compliance, and reporting requirements.

• Ability to configure, test, and deploy Risk Management solutions that align with client compliance frameworks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Risk Management Cloud solutions, with emphasis on AAC, AFC, FRC, and HCM Security.

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into security and compliance solutions.

• Support integration of risk management controls with Financials, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules.

• Develop and execute testing strategies to validate controls, access policies, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability of solutions.
