Oracle Cloud P2P Consultant

Description: We are partnering with a leading consulting firm in North America seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant. This role will focus on full-cycle Oracle Cloud P2P implementations for enterprise clients, working remotely with periodic travel to client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement and Payables modules, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end P2P transformation in a consulting environment.

Minimum Years Experience: 8

5 Key Skills Required:

• 5+ Years of Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables Modules, including iProcurement, Purchasing, AP, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Portal.
• Strong Functional Skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent Communication & Client-Facing Skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility to Work in the U.S. or Canada, with flexibility to travel occasionally (10–20%) for key project phases.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead Oracle Cloud P2P Implementations
  Manage the design, configuration, and deployment of the Procure-to-Pay process across Procurement, Payables, and related modules

• Conduct Business Process Analysis & Fit-Gap Assessments
  Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and map out future-state solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Configure & Optimize P2P Modules
  Set up and enhance system functionality in Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, and related areas to meet business needs.

• Support Testing & Training Activities
  Develop test scripts, assist with UAT, and provide training and documentation to ensure a smooth go-live and user adoption.

• Collaborate with Technical & Functional Teams
  Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues, manage change requests, and continuously improve system performance.
