• Oracle reporting technologies (OTBI and BI publisher).
• SAP BusinessObjects.
• Knowledge of Data Governance concepts.
• Power BI.
• Analysis, testing and producing written design specification and documentation.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Supporting the implementation of the reporting strategy in the context of the migration to Oracle HR system, including.
• Assess the existing Business Objects reports impacted by the implementation of the new HR system.
• Support the business users with the usage of the reporting modules and reports (i.e testing, analysis, implementation, etc.).
• Document and define data impacted by the implementation of the Oracle HR system.
• Specify the data quality controls raised during the implementation of the new system.
