Oracle Cloud HCM Manager

Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant at Manger level to play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and go-live. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.

Minimum Years Experience:5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation.
• Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions.
• Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules.
• Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to liaise between business users and technical teams.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand and document business needs.
• Perform hands-on setup and configuration based on approved solution design.
• Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases.
• Offer hypercare and knowledge transfer to client users after deployment.
• Work with architects, technical teams, and other consultants to ensure solution consistency and completeness.
