5 Key Skills Required:

• Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Design Expert.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Functionality.
• Full HCM suite set up UK.
• Leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.
• Strong configuration skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead HCM Solution Design and Build.
• Work with SI to ensure solution fit and delivery.
• Proactively capturing Risks/Issues and escalating to Programme Director.
• Work with internal BP’s to ensure fluid deployment.
• Manage internal external stakeholders.
