– Experience in projects driven industry.
– Stakeholder Management experience.
– Advanced skills in creating Business Requirements Documents and associated project materials.
– Ability to work within a team environment.

5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Ability to train end users on EBS HR and Payroll.
– Familiarity with Payroll, OTL, and ESS applications.
– Strong requirement gathering.
– Create and manage suitable documentation for integration.
– Communicate effectively with the technical teams.
