Oracle Business Systems Lead

Description: Our client is searching for an experienced Business System Leader to lead and manage their Quote-to-Cash workstream as part of an enterprise transformation.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

– 3 successful Oracle Cloud Implementations.
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, or other closely related field
– Deep experience in implementation of Order Management
– Large corporate transformation experience
– Experience with CPQ, Subscription Management and related manufacturing/finance modules

– Lead teams of 4 to 8 Business Analysts
– Drive design, deployment, and adoption of system and operational process improvements
– Develop and grow team members by providing opportunities, mentoring and feedback
– Participate in PMO, set and manage workstream deliverables
– Acts as liaison between business, system integrator, and IT resources
