Scrum Master

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: My client is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master resource to help with a global digital transformation program.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

– Current Scrum industry certification: Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
– Working level understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban principles and practices, and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the scrum team with the guiding business strategy.
– Technical enough to be able to challenge the team on product level (not only process).
– SAP project implementation experience.
– Familiarity with Jira.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

– Facilitating, organizing, coordinating and monitoring activities and functions of development projects in cooperation with other departments and outside agencies, and contractors.
– Analyzing and preparing written reports on program and project performance using qualitative analyses, and other project techniques.
– The Scrum Master (SM) is responsible for facilitating team level Agile processes and release train execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery.
– The SM must resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle.
– The SM will be working with data movement and application support teams, implementing Scrum and Kanban practices to deliver based upon customer needs.
