Seeking an Oracle Cloud CX Consultant with experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules to support solution design, configuration, and delivery for CRM transformation projects.

Minimum Years Experience: 5

5 Key Skills Required:

• Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing)

• CX process design and configuration

• CRM data migration and integration

• Customer Journeys / Eloqua / Digital Marketing

• Functional documentation and user training

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements

• Configure and implement Oracle CX modules

• Support data mapping, migration, and testing

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations

• Deliver training and post-go-live support
