CLM Implementation Consultant

Description: Our client is seeking an experienced CLM Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of a new Contract Lifecycle Management platform. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technical partners to ensure a seamless and successful implementation.

Minimum Years Experience: 5

5 Key Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CLM implementations or legal tech deployment.
  • Working knowledge of CLM tools such as LinkSquares, Sirion, DocuSign, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terminology, and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and APIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Legal Studies, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a CLM system—requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate across departments (Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, Compliance) to define workflows and approval processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, data migration, and system integration (ERP/CRM).
  • Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing hypercare and support.
