Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management Expert.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with HR performance processes such as performance reviews, and talent calibration.
  • Deep understanding of the Performance Management module and its integration with Core HR, Performance Goals Management, Workforce Compensation and Talent Review modules.
  • Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Performance Management

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work with HR stakeholders to understand performance management (TO BE processes such as Probation Performance Form, Year End Annual Review, Performance Calibration)) and translate them into HCM system.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management module and (potentially)Talent Review module, including performance templates, review cycles, etc.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
  • English Fluency.
