Oracle Cloud Business Analyst

Description: My end customer is looking for a strong Oracle Business Analyst to help with business process transition from “as is” to “to be”.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years

5 Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle ERP and HCM processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments for defined process and system changes
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Excel and process mapping tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP migration programs preferred.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business SMEs to capture existing (“As-Is”) processes.
  • Document future-state (“To-Be”) processes and requirements for Oracle Fusion, focusing on Inventory, Procurement, Payroll, HR, and OTL.
  • Develop process maps using Visio and requirement tracking using Excel or similar tools.
  • Analyse deltas between current and future states, highlighting change impacts.
  • Work closely with the Programme Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
