Engagement Type: SAP HCM Business Analyst
Description: The SAP HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting my clients Group SAP HR+ product. A SCRUM/Agile approach is practiced in the products – the focus is on both the operation of current solutions and implementation of new tools and solutions.
Minimum Years Experience: 4
5 Key Skills Required:

  • Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM module, the standard functionality, and the extension possibilities is necessary.
  • Experience with working in a Fiori context.
  • Knowledge of SAP Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of complex systems integration within the SAP modules and technologies with SAP S/4HANA, HCM, SuccessFactors are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (SAP public and/or private Cloud) is a plus.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Together with colleagues in the Product Team, the service is constantly working on improving business processes and applications linked to HR by analysing, describing and defining business requirements as well as their modelling,
  • Definition and validation of user stories and definition of acceptance criteria according to the requirements,
  • Preparation of the test scenarios and support of the test and acceptance processes,
  • Ensuring 2nd level support of applications provided by the HR+ product
  • Identifying and analysing bugs in the system and proposing solutions for correction
