Beschrijving: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Asia Pacific rollout of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-country Oracle EBS implementations, working with cross-functional teams across diverse geographies, and delivering within tight timelines and budgets.

• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-country ERP rollouts.​​​​​​​
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage executive-level stakeholders across business and IT.
• Ability to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and ensure successful cutover.
• Experience dealing with complex business integrations.

• Establish and manage program governance structures, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and supply chain leaders to define requirements, monitor progress, and ensure business readiness.
• Ensure solution integrity, compliance with regional regulatory requirements, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Understanding of business practices, regulations, and challenges specific to the Asia Pacific region.
