We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Senior Manufacturing Lead Consultant to join our delivery team for a full-time contract engagement. This role will serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing as part of a larger SCM implementation. The consultant will lead client-facing workshops, guide solution design, and oversee the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and related SCM modules. The position is primarily remote but requires 30% onsite presence in Arizona for workshops and key project milestones. The engagement is expected to last 7 months, with the possibility of extension. Start date is ASAP.

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, including Work Definitions, Work Orders, and related Production processes.

• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, particularly in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Planning.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into best practice Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Proven track record in facilitating workshops, managing functional deliverables, and configuring applications.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across SCM, Finance, and technical teams.

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, guiding design, configuration, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across SCM modules, including Inventory and Planning.

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with client stakeholders in manufacturing operations.

• Support testing, data migration, and training activities to drive successful system adoption.

• Develop and maintain key documentation including configuration workbooks, test cases, and training materials.
