Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect – Senior Manager

Beschrijving: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across enterprise clients. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence, and Payroll. You will work closely with stakeholders to define solution strategies, translate business requirements into system design, and ensure successful delivery aligned with best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of multiple modules including Core HR, Talent, Learning, and Payroll.

• Proven ability to design end-to-end HCM cloud solutions across complex environments.

• Strong skills in gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing expectations.

• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and working in multi-vendor project environments.

• Experience of leading project teams through full lifecycle programs.

• Drive the end-to-end design of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in line with client requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Support and guide consultants, developers, and client teams across the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify delivery risks and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and ensure alignment on solution scope.
• Establish design governance frameworks and maintain solution integrity across modules and phases.
