We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll Consultant to support the delivery, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll modules. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly focused on UK and/or global payroll operations.

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll modules (including Fast Formulas and HDL)

• Strong functional expertise in UK and/or international payroll compliance and processing

• Experience with Oracle HCM data migration and integrations (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs)

• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver configuration to meet business needs

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM modules

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting during payroll runs and post-go-live support

• Manage data uploads, transformations, and interfaces using HDL and other tools

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure payroll solutions align with business processes

• Document solutions, conduct knowledge transfer, and support user training
