– Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCMl Functionality
– Full HCM suite set up – UK
– Leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments

– Lead HCM Solution Design and Build
– Work with SI to ensure solution fit and delivery
– Proactively capturing Risks/Issues and escalating to Programme Director
– Work with internal BP’s to ensure fluid deployment
– Manage internal external stakeholders
