We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud Business Analyst to support post-implementation enhancement and improvement initiatives across Oracle Cloud applications. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities, gather enhancement requirements, optimize existing configurations, and support continuous improvement efforts. This role focuses on maximizing the value of Oracle Cloud applications after go-live, ensuring the solution evolves with changing business needs.

Minimaal aantal jaren ervaring: 5+ years as an Oracle Cloud Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in post-implementation support or continuous improvement roles

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement, HCM).

• Strong experience with post-go-live support and continuous improvement processes.

• Ability to analyse and document enhancement requirements effectively.

• Experience with change requests, configuration updates, and minor releases.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with business users to identify pain points and enhancement opportunities.

• Gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements for system improvements.

• Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of enhancements.

• Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of updates and fixes.

• Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing functional support.
