Beschrijving: As part of our clients strategic digital transformation.
The Consultant will be responsible for scoping the project, gathering requirements, building the business case, and drafting key project documentation including the RFP. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Finance and Global Technology & Digital Solutions teams to ensure organisational readiness and alignment.

5 Key skills Required:

ERP / Financial Systems Implementation, Strong track record in leading or advising on large-scale ERP or finance platform rollouts.

Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis, Skilled in engaging cross-functional stakeholders and translating needs into functional specifications.

Project Scoping & Business Case Development, Ability to define clear project objectives, timelines, and ROI rationale.

RFP Writing & Vendor Evaluation, Experience drafting RFPs and supporting vendor selection for finance or ERP platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication, Strong interpersonal skills to navigate technical and non-technical environments, especially within NGOs or federated structures.
5 Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project in alignment with strategic goals.
- Engage stakeholders across global finance and operations teams to document functional, technical, and process requirements.
- Build a comprehensive business case including cost-benefit analysis, risks, and implementation roadmap for executive approval.
- Draft and finalize a Request for Proposal (RFP), incorporating both technical and business needs; support in vendor shortlisting and evaluation.
- Serve as a key liaison between finance, technology, and executive leadership teams; ensure clear communication and progress tracking.
