Descrizione: Working for a leading and Global Manufacturer, the primary purpose of the Applications Support Analyst is to provide day-to-day technical support for software applications within the organisation.

5 Abilità chiave richieste:

  • Solid understanding of ERP systems – Oracle EBS preferred.

  • Solid understanding of SAP Concur, with a focus on Invoices and Expense processes and troubleshooting.

  • Oracle SQL PL/SQL understanding is also beneficial.

  • Ability to understand and investigate data flow between systems ie ETL processes.

  • A focus on user satisfaction and empathy for those experiencing technical challenges.

5 Aree di responsabilità:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Apps in the business, mainly, but not limited to, Oracle E-business Suite and SAP Concur (Invoices and Expenses).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption and escalate accordingly.
  • Escalate to and collaborate with third-party suppliers who support our Apps when required
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end users and others in IT, where suitable.
