Oracle FCC / HFM Technical Consultant

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: Our consulting client is the market for a strong Oracle FCC / HFM re-source to support in flight Oracle implementation. 

Minimum Years Experience: 5–7 years with Oracle EPM (FCCS, HFM, PBCS)

1. Hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS and HFM (design, configuration, administration).
2. ​​​​​​​Experience in Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), especially testing budget cycles.
3. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, close, and statutory reporting (IFRS/GAAP).
4. Experience in metadata management, calculation rules, Smart View, and reporting tools.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

1. Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle FCCS and HFM applications for consolidation and reporting.
2. Support and test budget and forecasting processes within Oracle PBCS.
3. Develop and manage metadata, rules, calculations, and financial reports.
4. Ensure timely and accurate financial close, consolidation, and planning cycles.
5. Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
