Description: Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect required to join a global business headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, ORC, Talent, HR Helpdesk and Payroll
• Leading business engagement, Functional Design and solution validation
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across departments
• Multiple full lifecycle implementations as HCM Solution Architect or Workstream Leader. 
• Excellent communication skills

• Working as part of the Enterprise Systems Team you will lead design, implementation and optimisation
• Reporting into Head of Enterprise Systems
• Your role will focus on business engagement, solution design and strategic delivery of HCM capability aligned to business goals
• You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Talent, and IT to shape solutions that modernise people systems, improve employee experience, and support digital transformation initiatives
• While configuration and BAU support are handled by the support team, you will own solution design workshops, roadmap delivery, and functional rollouts.
