Description: Looking for an Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Application Support to join our client in supporting new Oracle implementations

  • Manage a portfolio of support accounts using Oracle Cloud Financials, acting as the main point of contact.

  • Lead resolution of application issues related to Oracle Cloud Financials modules (such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), collaborating with internal SMEs and client stakeholders.

  • Ensure service quality and SLA adherence, tracking metrics and escalating potential delivery risks or delays.

  • Conduct regular client service reviews to assess satisfaction, track ongoing support needs, and align on future initiatives or optimizations.

  • Drive problem management activities, including root cause analysis for recurring issues and continuous improvement planning.

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating, reviewing, and managing reports in Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

  • Experience with support ticketing and ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow or Jira.

  • Proven leadership in support or consulting environments, particularly in ERP or finance system landscapes.
