Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Delivery Manager for a contract role focused on managing post-implementation enhancements, and issue resolution across Oracle Cloud applications. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and ongoing improvement of a recently deployed Oracle Cloud environment. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to deliver business-critical enhancements and drive operational efficiency.

Minimum d'ans d'expérience: 10+ Years

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM) post-implementation activities.

  • Proven ability to manage enhancements, service requests, and defect resolution.

  • Deep understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.

  • Effective stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.

  • Expertise in planning and delivering patch cycles and minor releases.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of post-go-live fixes, change requests, and continuous enhancements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to address system issues and deploy improvements.

  • Act as the main escalation point for post-implementation support activities.

  • Monitor system performance and implement preventative actions to reduce future incidents.

  • Ensure all enhancements and fixes are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with governance and quality standards.
