Oracle EPM Senior Developer

Beschreibung: We are working with a leading client seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Developer to join their expanding Performance Management team. This position will focus on Workforce and Financial Planning within Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and is ideal for a technically skilled professional with an eye on stepping into an architect-level role.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

• 5–10 years’ experience in Oracle EPM (Hyperion or Cloud), including 2+ full lifecycle implementations of PBCS/EPBCS
• Deep hands-on experience with Workforce Planning and Financial Planning modules
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Retail
• Familiarity with both on-prem Hyperion and Oracle Cloud ERP integration is a plus
• Strong communicator with a passion for collaboration, optimization, and solution architecture

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Lead development and deployment of Oracle PBCS/EPBCS with focus on Workforce and Financial Planning
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable EPM solutions
• Build rules, data integrations, task lists, dashboards, and reports within Oracle EPM Cloud
• Deliver full lifecycle project support—from requirements gathering through to post-go-live
•  Promote best practices, performance optimisation, and data governance
