NetSuite O2C Process Lead

We are looking for a NetSuite O2C Process Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of the Order to Cash cycle within the NetSuite ERP platform. This role will work closely with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams to streamline end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in NetSuite functional configuration, business process design, and change management.

• Expertise in NetSuite ERP with a focus on the full O2C lifecycle

• Strong understanding of order management, billing, accounts receivable, and collections

• Experience in business process re-engineering and system integration

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations

• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functional areas

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Lead the design and optimization of the NetSuite O2C process, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Configure and customize NetSuite to support sales order processing, invoicing, credit management, and collections

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and document current vs. future state processes

• Drive testing, training, and adoption of O2C functionality during implementation and post-go-live phases

• Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts across the O2C cycle
