Beschreibung: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CLM Administrator to oversee the daily operations and administration of their Contract Lifecycle Management system. The ideal candidate will be an expert in contract workflows and system configuration, with a knack for process improvement and collaboration across teams.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CLM system administration; experience with LinkSquares preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with contract lifecycle processes, legal terminology, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

• System Administration & Configuration – Maintain and configure the CLM platform, including user roles, permissions, and system settings to support organizational needs.
• Process Optimization – Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and automate contract workflows, templates, and approval processes.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting – Ensure data integrity and produce meaningful reports and dashboards to track contract metrics and performance indicators.
• Training & Support – Provide ongoing training, support, and documentation for system users, including guides and FAQs.
• Vendor & Integration Management – Coordinate with CLM vendors and internal teams to manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and explore new system features or integrations.
