Description: My client is looking for senior Oracle Cloud HCM consultant with strong compensation experience for EU.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

– Oracle cloud HCM implementation experience.
– Oracle cloud compensation experience.
– Requirement gathering and Solution design.
– End to end delivery.
– Must be EU candidate living Europe.

– Stake holder management.
– Design, delivery, test and support.
– Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects.
– Communicate effectively with the technical teams.
– Create and manage suitable documentation for integration.
