Description: The Senior Oracle Cloud ERP and PPM Support Consultant will be responsible for leading the Oracle Cloud ERP Projects Support Team for the Customer, managing the workload and coordination with other leaders, overseeing resource management, technical escalations and the development of the Team.
This is a hands-on role where approximately 80% of the time will be dedicated to incident resolution, problem management and change delivery for the Customer, with the remaining time focused on Managing and developing the Team.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– Eligible for Direct Vetting.
– Excellent knowledge of the Oracle Cloud technology tools.
– Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
– Excellent knowledge of the Oracle ERP suite specifically Finance Ledgers And Oracle Projects will be mandatory.
– Strong Oracle Cloud GL, AP, AR and ideally with a finance qualification.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Managing the Oracle support for the customer including request fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change.
– Root cause analysis of customer issues raised, apply fix as necessary and manage through to resolution.
– Fully document all solutions developed.
– Working with the customer to identify and document business requirements.
– Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities and tender responses.
