Description: PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

– Global Solution Design; Planning and Implementation Phase; GL, AP, AR, Financial Gateway project (planning).
– Management of Deliverables and Communication Related to the project.
– Participate in functional workshops.
– Validate business requirements with business users.
– Ensure overall coherencies of the solution design within the ERP and application architecture.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Translate a scope into deliverables, solution and planning.
– Managing Project Delivery, steer cross functional teams towards deliverables.
– Manage dependencies within the Project and with other initiatives.
– Risk Management.
– Lead the project team to define different scenarios and solutions, taking into account multiple constraints and opinions/visions.
– Stakeholder management (including change and conflict management, expectation mgmt. and alignment up to LT level).
