Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant

Description: We are looking for a CX Consultant to join our Commercial Performance Applications team, comprising of Oracle CX Fusion Sales, CPQ and Subscription Management modules. You will be the domain lead for Fusion Sales functionality on projects as part of stand-alone and wider multi-pillar transformations.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Strong and demonstrable experience in stakeholder and issue management.
– Good understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud and ideally experience in CPQ and Subscription Management.
– Three Oracle Sales Cloud end to end implementations.
– Integrations both inbound and outbound with OIC or other middleware.
– Customer focussed with excellent problem solving skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Deliver requirements gathering workshops and build both Solution and Technical Design Documents.
– Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle with the Fusion Sales module including analysis & design, build, test, deployment and hypercare, combining your business knowledge, functional and technical ability.
– Work with Architects to design integrations, and feed into programme solutions.
– Support and mentor more junior members of the team, and aid their development.
– Be a thought leader on the technology supporting our marketing team with insights, blogs and podcasts.
