Description: Oracle Incentive Compensation lead for an implementation project.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Owns end to end variable OIC process from upstream data issues to calculation of payouts, route cause analysis of errors and validation of final commission payments.
– Responsible for Client Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
– Works closely with Incentive compensation team to support all activities, define system requirements and supports operational delivery of the best practices/processes.
– Engage with different client stakeholders to drive, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
– Extensive interaction with senior executives and customer’s business / IT teams to understand business needs to drive product development road map and address pain points.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Integration and Quality Assurance.
– Candidate must have experience in at least 4 full-fledged implementation of Fusion Incentive Compensation module in Cloud.
– Hands on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
– Hands on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in Fusion Incentive compensation.
– Candidate must have experience in leading client resources in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert / Architect.
